Allergen Notice
Our products contain or may come into contact with common food allergens during preparation, cooking, and packaging. The following allergens are present in our facility and recipes:
- Dairy & Milk: Butter and milk or white chocolate are foundational ingredients across our toffee recipes.
- Tree Nuts: We regularly prepare toffees made with pecans, almonds, and hazelnuts.
- Peanuts: Peanuts and peanut products are stored and used in our facility, including in our peanut butter toffee varieties.
- Wheat & Gluten: Select flavors contain wheat-based ingredients such as pretzels, cookies, and graham crackers.
- Soy: Soy lecithin is commonly used as an emulsifier in chocolate coatings.
Cross-Contamination & Facility Notice
All Candi's Candy products are prepared, cooked, and packaged using shared equipment within the same production area. While we maintain thorough sanitation between batches, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of trace allergens due to shared preparation surfaces, utensils, and ambient contact.
If you or someone in your household has a severe or life-threatening allergy (such as an anaphylactic reaction to nuts, peanuts, gluten, or dairy), we strongly urge you to refrain from consuming our products.

All customers are strictly responsible for evaluating ingredient notices, allergen warnings, and product descriptions prior to purchasing. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own purchasing decisions, as well as the safety and awareness of anyone to whom you gift, serve, or distribute these confections.
Limitation of Liability
Candi's Candy, its owner, and operators disclaim all liability and responsibility for any adverse health effects, allergic reactions, sickness, or damages resulting from the purchase, handling, consumption, or ingestion of our products by the buyer or any third party. All purchases and product consumption are undertaken entirely at the customer’s own risk.
